We are looking for a motivated
Accounts Receivable Intern
to join our Finance Department.
Responsibilities
As an AR Intern, you will support the team in:
- Accurately recording and processing customer invoices on time.
- Monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Assisting with reconciling Accounts Receivable balances with the general ledger.
- Coordinating with other finance teams to verify account accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Supporting the improvement of collection procedures to enhance the company's cash flow.
- Tracking and updating payment records across accounting systems.
- Helping maintain accurate and organized financial files and documentation.
- Assisting in identifying and escalating overdue payments.
- Reviewing financial information for accuracy under supervision.
- Ensuring the quality and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate (0–1 year experience).
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work with accounting systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
