Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical and Engineering Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, managing engineering teams, and driving innovation in our organization.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges
• Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for engineering initiatives
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices across relevant disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil)
• Excellent project management skills, including budget management and resource allocation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is advantageous
• Willingness to travel as required for project oversight and client meetings
