Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic planning processes to align engineering projects with corporate goals.
  • Lead engineering management initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve project outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and project prioritization.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and business development teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in strategic planning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
