Job Specifications:

Required Educational level:

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science or any related field.

Required Experience:

· years of experience in retail sales management at food industry or related field.

Required Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:

Leadership and people management skills - Intermediate.

Customer service skills - Intermediate.

Communication and interpersonal skills - Intermediate.

Organizational and time management skills - Intermediate.

Problem-solving, risk identification, and mitigation - Intermediate.

Food safety regulations knowledge - Intermediate.

Required Language(s)

Arabic - Fluent

English - Proficient

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all activities.
  • Ensure implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Manage and monitor the branch's financial performance, including budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the branch is clean, well-organized, and stocked with the necessary inventory.
  • Manage stock levels and order products in timely manner to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and preventing overstock.
  • Plan for risks that may affect branch activities and mitigate it to ensure business continuity
  • Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices and related food safety regulations.
  • Manage staff shifts, overtime, and leave to ensure adequate branch staffing and proper coverage during peak times.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and food safety and hygiene regulations.
