Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Specialist - Business Solution. The role entails analyzing business needs, developing effective solutions for process improvement, and implementing business intelligence tools to enhance decision-making. The Specialist will be responsible for facilitating communication between departments, creating actionable insights from data, and supporting organizational growth through efficient business processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and an ability to solve complex problems effectively
  • Expertise in Business Process development and Business Analysis methodologies
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data visualization techniques
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with process optimization and technology integration is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
