Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks including managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, handling personnel management, and implementing HR management strategies. This role involves providing support to employees, ensuring compliance with local and company HR standards, and developing programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
  • Experience with HR Management and HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations would be advantageous
