About the Role

The Senior Officer – Graphic Designer supports the design team in producing engaging and high-quality visuals for social media and digital platforms. The role focuses on implementing creative directions, adapting layouts, and ensuring visual consistency across all digital touchpoints. This position is execution-oriented and requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate concepts into effective social content.

Responsibilities:

Design and adapt social media visuals, stories, covers, GIFs, and post templates in line with campaign directions.

Translate provided briefs and content calendars into visually appealing digital assets.

Collaborate with content writers, senior designers, and video editors to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.

Maintain consistent brand identity across all social platforms including Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Prepare and adapt Key Visuals for campaigns under the guidance of senior designers.

Use illustration and photo-editing techniques to enhance creativity and storytelling when needed.

Apply AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Google AI tools) to streamline production and explore visual variety.

Stay up to date with current design trends, social media formats, and platform innovations.

Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, maintain proper logo placement, and align with cultural context.

Optimize visuals for performance — ensuring clarity, legibility, and impact across devices.

Work on print materials such as catalogs, flyers, posters, booklets, standees, popups, megacoms, muppies, and other large-format graphics.

Create design assets to support various digital marketing campaigns across platforms.

Develop corporate collateral, including infographics, PowerPoint presentations, reports, and decks.

Support the team when needed on CRM, SMP, and Outdoor design tasks.

Profile Requirements:

Degree in Arts or Design related fields is preferred. 2+ years of experience working in a design role Good sense of layout, typography, and color composition.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with Google AI tools is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt direction quickly.Organized, reliable, and capable of managing assigned tasks efficiently using workflow tools (e.g., Trello).Team-oriented with effective communication and openness to feedback.Understanding of social media content standards, visual trends, and digital engagement principles.Ability to work under guidance, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive).
