Position Overview:

We are seeking an "all-rounder" Cyber Security Solution Expert to join our expanding team across the MENA region and beyond. This is a frontline, high-impact individual contributor role, designed for professionals who can seamlessly bridge customer needs, security solutions, and delivery execution.

You'll be responsible for end-to-end technical ownership of client engagements—from uncovering security needs, building trust with C-level stakeholders, designing tailored solutions, to ensuring successful delivery alongside technical teams. You will not be managing a team (yet), but you must act as a self-driven force multiplier—someone who can win deals, solve problems, and make security real for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical anchor in customer engagements across the MENA region, delivering compelling cybersecurity solutions aligned to client business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to translate business problems into technical solutions, shape RFP responses, and support pre-sales workshops and demos.
  • Architect high-level and low-level security solutions (HLD/LLD) across domains such as network security, cloud security, OT/IoT, SIEM, endpoint protection, etc.
  • Provide on-site or remote support during proof of concept (POC), pilot, and post-sale deployment stages.
  • Be a trusted security advisor to clients, staying ahead of threat trends, compliance changes, and new technologies.
  • Travel frequently across the MENA region (and beyond), adapting to diverse customer contexts and regulatory environments.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong pre-sales or solution architect background.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (firewalls, EDR, NDR, SIEM, DLP, IAM, etc.) and related frameworks (NCA-ECC/CCC, SAMA CSF, CMA, NESA-IAR, PDPL, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDRP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Alibaba, Huawei) and DevSecOps practices is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills—able to influence, educate, and persuade both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work independently in cross-cultural, multilingual environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related fields. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH are a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
