HONOR is looking for a Project Manager (Fitout)

About Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and execute the Fit-Out projects from concept to completion.
  • Manage mall fit-out approvals, landlord coordination, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee design, procurement, and construction phases to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources; implement corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure quality control, health, and safety standards at all project sites.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in project management within the retail, mall, and fit-out sector.
  • Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, finishes, and MEP coordination.
  • Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Saudi building codes and mall regulations.
