Job Summary:

HR Operations Specialist:

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all HR operational activities, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role involves handling government platforms, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, and supporting the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. The HR Operations Specialist collaborates closely with various departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Support and Services:

  • Manage and maintain all HR operations, including employment contracts, offboarding, and personnel files.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation processes in coordination with the Finance Department.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee requests.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve HR systems, workflows, and efficiency.

Government Platforms:

  • Handle all government-related platforms (such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem) to ensure compliance and accuracy of employee data.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and alignment with legal requirements.
  • Participate in audits, policy reviews, and compliance checks.

Employee Engagement:

  • Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and attendance. Present insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Support the integration and use of HR systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:


• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:


• 2 years of professional experience in HR Operations.

Key Competencies:


• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and Government platforms.


• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365


• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.


• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, job analysis, and HR best practices.


• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
