Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for an Engagement Manager at Transformative حلول التحول. The Engagement Manager will oversee client projects, ensuring their successful execution and timely delivery. Daily responsibilities include leading project teams, managing stakeholder communication, analyzing complex data to inform decision-making, ensuring project goals align with strategic objectives, and providing high-quality consulting services to clients while fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Program Management and Project Management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure successful on-time delivery
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess complex data, draw actionable insights, and solve challenges effectively
  • Proven expertise in Consulting with a demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and provide strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant educational qualifications (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field) and prior experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of GCC markets along with prior experience working in policy, strategy, or transformation projects is highly preferred
