Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal communication activities including announcements, newsletters, and intranet updates.
  • Draft and publish employee messages and departmental updates ensuring consistency in tone and alignment with Golf Saudi's values.
  • Support in developing communication materials for campaigns and employee programs.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives such as appreciation events, national celebrations, and the Annual Gathering.
  • Assist in delivering team-building programs and wellness campaigns that enhance morale and collaboration.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, and communication plans for engagement activities.
  • Support in implementing the Recognition Program and monitor participation levels.
  • Gather feedback from employees and prepare engagement survey summaries for management review.
  • Support the execution of initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated records of engagement programs, participation rates, and feedback.
  • Prepare basic reports on engagement KPIs and event outcomes.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the People Engagement Manager in executing the annual engagement calendar.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
  • +3 years of experience in employee engagement, events, or internal communications
  • Experience in planning and executing corporate events or recognition programs preferred
