We are looking for a customer-focused and Fresher Call Centre Representative (Female) to join our team.

  • The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

  • She will also support the marketing team by engaging with customers, promoting services, and maintaining a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and processes.

  • Provide accurate and clear information to customers.

  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or support.

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.

  • Support marketing campaigns through follow-up calls and customer engagement.

  • Assist in generating leads, collecting customer feedback, and updating the CRM system.

  • Promote company products and services through effective communication.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate call logs and reports.

  • Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth coordination.

  • Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Female candidate only.

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience as a call center agent, telemarketer, or customer service representative.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).

  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
