About The Role
Are you a detail-oriented operations professional with a passion for high-quality service delivery and operational precision?

Yours is a role that will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of our inflight catering services, primarily at the airline's hub.

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the entire catering process, including daily catering operations, meal loading and offloading, equipment control, vendor coordination, and performance monitoring. You'll act as the central link between catering providers, logistics teams, flight operations, and cabin crew to ensure the accurate and timely provisioning of all inflight service items.

You'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, culinary consistency, and compliance with all safety and quality standards, while maximizing efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Importantly, you'll ensure that all catering processes align with our catering management system, serving as the single source of truth for catering data and performance monitoring.

By leading audits, tracking service quality, supporting menu developments, and driving process improvements, you will help deliver a consistent and premium onboard experience for every guest.

About You
Degree qualified, you are expected to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in airline catering operations or inflight service delivery.

You'll have proven expertise in managing catering vendors, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements.

Additionally, familiar with aviation safety, hygiene, and quality compliance frameworks, and bring experience in inventory and equipment management within large operational settings.

As a results-driven leader, you collaborate effectively across departments including Flight Operations, Cabin Crew, and Logistics to deliver exceptional on-time performance.

Candidates with certifications in food safety or airline operations will have an advantage.
