NextEra is seeking a dynamic and strategic
Sales Senior Director
to lead our
Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, and Logistics (TTHL)
vertical in
IT Business
. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and shaping the go-to-market strategy for one of our most critical industry segments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Drive revenue growth through renewals and new project acquisitions within existing accounts.
  • Lead efforts to secure new accounts and expand the TTHL client base.
  • Identify and close high-value strategic deals.
  • Oversee sales operations including planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.

P&L Ownership

  • Manage full P&L responsibility for the TTHL vertical.
  • Ensure achievement of sales and margin targets.

Market Strategy

  • Define and execute the GTM strategy for the TTHL vertical.
  • Identify new business opportunities and relevant sales channels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive regional growth.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a senior point of contact for key clients.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure excellence in project execution.

Strategic Planning

  • Set and monitor revenue targets in collaboration with the Chief Sales Officer.
  • Lead annual planning and budgeting cycles.
  • Present monthly performance updates and strategic priorities to senior leadership.
  • Develop forward-looking strategies aligned with NextEra's vision.

Qualifications

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum 13 years in sales/account management roles.
  • P&L ownership for Fortune 500 accounts or business units.
  • Deep industry expertise across TTHL micro-verticals in IT Service Industry
  • Bachelor's degree required.
