About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Specialist in Logistics & Projects to join our Exploration Operations team. In this role, you will support logistical planning and project coordination to ensure timely mobilization, contract execution, and supply chain efficiency. You will work closely with field teams and contractors to maintain operational readiness across remote sites, contributing to Maaden's Strategy 2040 by enabling safe and efficient exploration operations.

key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in developing and maintaining annual logistics plans (ALP) in coordination with field schedules
  • Balance logistics demand and supply, identify capacity gaps, and propose solutions
  • Support creation, evaluation, and execution of transportation and logistics contracts
  • Ensure contract data is accurately entered into Oracle Fusion systems for tracking and compliance
  • Track logistics KPIs and contractor performance against SLAs
  • Provide feedback and updates to support continuous improvement and cost control
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and personnel
  • Support emergency logistics planning and mobilization efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, contract execution, and budget utilization
  • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and contribute to risk and control assessments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Certification in project or contract management (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics or project coordination within mining or industrial environments
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and field logistics operations
