About FFF Academy

Since 2021, the FFF Academy (French Football Federation Grassroots Program) has been the benchmark for grassroots and educational football in Saudi Arabia. As the official representative of the French Football Federation, our mission is to develop grassroots football and provide young players with high-quality technical, educational, and human development programs, fully aligned with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Technical Director, the Head Coach plays a central role in the sporting and educational project of the FFF Academy. Responsibilities include:


• Planning, delivering, and supervising training sessions for different age groups.


• Promoting and transmitting human, moral, technical, and tactical values to the players.


• Monitoring individual player development and preparing regular progress reports.


• Ensuring clear communication with parents and addressing their inquiries.


• Creating a positive, motivating, and structured learning environment.


• Organizing players' participation in internal competitions and sporting events.


• Handling administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, progress reports, and coordination with the technical staff.

  • Managing training equipment: distribution, inventory, and optimization of resources.


• Contributing to the development of the FFF Academy's sporting philosophy and identity.

Profile Required


• Recognized coaching qualification (minimum UEFA B License or equivalent).


• Proven experience in coaching young players (academies, football schools, or clubs).


• Strong pedagogical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with children and families.


• Solid knowledge of technical, tactical, and physical fundamentals adapted to youth football.


• Fluent in English (French and Arabic are strong assets).


• Strong organizational skills and administrative discipline.


• Passionate about education through sport with a strong commitment to value transmission.
