About the Role

We are seeking highly organized and results-driven Project Management Professionals to join our dynamic Operations & Projects team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring that all deliverables are achieved within scope, budget, and schedule.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Operations—to ensure projects are delivered in alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that support the organization's strategic growth and operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of projects, including scope definition, planning, resource allocation, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery against established objectives.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and identifying lessons learned.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives through project management tools and data-driven performance tracking.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects within industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
