Operations Accreditation Cluster Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Accreditation Cluster Manager to oversee accreditation and access operations for a major international football tournament taking place in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a proactive, highly organised individual capable of managing accreditation workflows, database management, and cross-department coordination in a fast-paced event environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accreditation process for all tournament stakeholders.
  • Ensure access control measures are implemented across all venues.
  • Coordinate with security, media, and operations teams for credential distribution.
  • Supervise on-site accreditation centers and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Monitor and update accreditation databases for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to accreditation volunteers and staff.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6-7 Years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
