strategically focused on scaling in Saudi Arabia
. To support this growth, we are seeking a 
senior, highly experienced Advisor
 who has successfully guided companies through 
sales, business development, and market expansion
 in the Saudi and broader Middle East ecosystem.

The Advisory Role

This is a 
strategic advisory position
 working 
directly with the Founder
, focused on shaping NXT's growth trajectory in Saudi Arabia. The role is designed for a senior industry professional who brings 
market intelligence, commercial depth, and strong regional perspective
, rather than operational execution.

Key Focus Areas

  • Advise the Founder on 
    Saudi market entry, positioning, and scale-up strategy
  • Guide 
    sales and business development approach
    , including deal structuring and go-to-market strategy
  • Share insights on 
    client behavior, procurement cycles, and decision-making frameworks
     in KSA
  • Support identification of 
    strategic partnerships, alliances, and growth opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor on 
    commercial strategy, pricing, and long-term growth planning

Ideal Profile

  • 10+ years of senior experience
     in events, experiential marketing, event technology, or related industries
  • Prior experience as an 
    advisor, growth consultant, or senior commercial leader
     for similar companies
  • Strong understanding of the 
    Saudi Arabia business, events, and government ecosystem
  • Proven track record in 
    sales leadership, business development, or market expansion
  • Strategic, founder-oriented mindset with the ability to offer 
    practical, experience-led guidance
  • Based in Saudi Arabia or with deep, active market exposure
