Location: Onsite – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

TMC is hiring a Lead AI Data Scientist for a strategic digital transformation initiative for a major company in KSA.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Python, ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data

libraries (Pandas, NumPy).

  • Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and applied AI (forecasting, NLP,

optimization).

  • Familiarity with containerized deployments (OpenShift, Docker).

  • Experience building APIs/microservices (FastAPI, Flask) for model integration.

  • Exposure to cloud ecosystems (Azure, GCP, AWS) is very useful for hybrid or scalable

deployments.

  • Awareness of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prompt design).

  • Working understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

  • Excellent presentation and insight-sharing abilities, capable of explaining complex AI

outputs to diverse audiences.

  • Professional, composed, and business-aware consulting demeanor.

  • Self-driven, structured, and dependable under PMO governance.

  • Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field.

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML delivery.

  • Prior experience in enterprise or industrial AI projects preferred.

  • Familiarity with OpenShift or hybrid/on-prem MLOps environments is advantageous.
