Support Circlys' risk management operations by identifying, analyzing, and tracking operational, credit, and strategic risks. This role plays a key part in implementing risk frameworks, monitoring key risk indicators, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Risk Officer collaborates across departments to help strengthen internal controls, maintain risk documentation, and promote a culture of risk awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data related to operational, credit, financial, and reputational risks.
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and compiling related documentation.
  • Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and promptly escalate anomalies or emerging risks.
  • Conduct credit risk evaluations for customer onboarding and loan booking.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to assess existing controls and identify risk mitigation actions.
  • Maintain and regularly update the enterprise risk register.
  • Contribute to the implementation and periodic review of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Prepare risk reports and summaries for management, audit committees, and regulators.
  • Support internal and external audits related to risk compliance and documentation.
  • Assist in creating risk awareness presentations, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Perform other risk-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Risk Management.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, or audit.
  • Familiarity with SAMA guidelines and AML/CTF obligations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and risk assessment tools
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., GRCP, RMFS, IFCE, CFP) are a plus.
