Responsibilities:

  • Developed risk management strategy, policies, procedures, and key risk indicators.
  • Review and validate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation plans, ensuring accountability and timelines.
  • Update and enhance the risk register model to cover strategic, organizational, financial, and operational risks.
  • Supervise the preparation of periodic and performance reports on risk management outcomes across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to departments in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks effectively.
  • Led awareness sessions, workshops, and training programs to promote a risk-aware culture.
  • Collaborated with department heads to monitor risk mitigation plans and ensure proper risk reporting.
  • Managed risks related to project operations involving stakeholders such as contractors, with a focus on preventive measures.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management or a related field.
  • 12-14 Years of experience in the field.
  • Excellent leadership skills.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time (Sunday to Thursday).
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Office-based work at the program's headquarters in Riyadh or the other branches around the kingdom.
