Job Title: SME-MSB Arabic Speakers
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

Our client is  seeking an experienced  Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Businesses (MSBs) in the SME sector. This role involves providing tailored support, services, and products to meet the unique needs of MSBs, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSB clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.

2. Product/Service Development

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve products/services that meet the specific needs of MSBs.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product/service development.

3. Business Growth

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth within the MSB segment.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's presence in the SME market.

4. Client Support

- Provide exceptional support to MSB clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and products.

Requirements

- Strong experience working with MSBs or SMEs, preferably in a business development or relationship management role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of the SME market.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, driving business growth and delivering results.
