-Coordinate with PDI department for vehicle readiness and schedule handover appointments with sales department.

-Liaise with the team to ensure customer is informed for any delays, changes in requirements, or specifications to ensure a smooth vehicle handover

-As and when required, ensure handover of a vehicle outside the company with the same standards of customer service.

-Deliver new vehicles to customers, this process ensures that the customer understands the vehicles operating features, warranty, and paperwork, and lays the foundation for customer loyalty.

-Introduce customers to Service and Parts department personnel to emphasize to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealerships service operations and the quality and variety of retail parts and accessories.

  • Inform the customer about all extras, accessories, and warranties available.

-Keep accurate records of delivery status and send a daily report of cars delivered to the line manager. Accurately complete and record all vehicle transaction details, including delivery documents and extended warranty, with sales administration.

-Act as a Brand Ambassador and work in a customer-focused team to improve customer service.
