Salary Range: SAR 5,000 – 7,000 per month, plus incentives

About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp, organized, and highly dependable Chief of Staff to support the CEO and management team in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, tasks are tracked, and people are held accountable. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CEO in managing day-to-day priorities, meetings, and tasks
  • Follow up with team members to ensure timely submission of reports, updates, and deliverables
  • Track ongoing projects, timelines, and deadlines using tools like Excel, Notion, or Trello
  • Coordinate internal communications and prepare updates for leadership
  • Ensure the team stays aligned and accountable to weekly goals and priorities
  • Handle administrative follow-up tasks (e.g. reminders, schedules, summaries)
Ideal Candidate:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • A sport background is a plus
  • Proactive and confident in following up with different teams
  • Experienced in project coordination, admin support, or similar roles
  • Comfortable using task tracking tools (Google Sheets, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and professional work ethic
