Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager located in Riyadh. The Site Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing site operations, supervising installations and testing, maintaining safety protocols, and addressing project-related challenges promptly. Additionally, the Site Manager will ensure timely progress reporting and effective resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Project and site management experience, with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Technical expertise in electrical installations, testing, commissioning, and equipment management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of industry standards and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Experience in SCADA systems, fire protection, and operations and maintenance is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
