Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Riyadh – Al Aqiq, Saudi Arabia

Salary Range: SAR 3,000 – 5,000 per month + attractive Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Riyadh (Al Aqiq). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales within the manpower recruitment and outsourcing industry.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower recruitment and outsourcing sector.
  • Approach potential clients through visits, calls, and networking to promote company services.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the manpower recruitment or outsourcing industry (mandatory).
  • Must be able to speak Arabic and English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Presentable, professional, and target-driven.
  • Must be currently based in Riyadh and familiar with the local market.
  • Having a car and valid driving license is preferred.
  • Valid transferable Iqama preferred.
