Job Summary

We are hiring Database Engineers to manage and optimize our mission-critical database environments. You will specialize in PostgreSQL or MS SQL as your primary database, while providing mandatory cross-support for MongoDB, Redis during team absences. This role demands deep technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration across infrastructure teams to ensure 24/7 database reliability, security, and performance.

Technical Requirements

Mandatory Expertise

Primary Database (Choose One):

• PostgreSQL:

• HA: Streaming/logical replication, pgPool/pgBarman.

• Performance: Query tuning, vacuum optimization, partitioning.

Secondary Databases (Mandatory for All):

• MongoDB: Replica sets, sharding, OpsManager, document modeling (embedding vs. referencing).
• Redis: Clustering, persistence (RDB/AOF), backup/DR strategies.
• Common Skills: Automation (PowerShell/Python), security hardening, backup/restore.

Additional Information for Candidates:

1. Transportation and housing allowances will be included in your total Package salary.
2. Our company provides medical benefits only for the employee's spouse and one child.
3. We will provide 3000 SAR per year towards air tickets. This is the total amount for the year and not on a per-person basis
4. Apart from this will bear other expenses like non-Saudi nation cost, Chamber of commers charges
5. You will get 22 days working Paid leave as annual vacation
6. And casual leave and sick leave as per Saudi norm
7. Also will provide you End of service benefits as per Saudi norm
8. Exit and entry visa benefits are provided only for the employee.
9. Our company does not provide an education allowance.
10. We will not provide any yearly bonus
