JASARA PMC is searching for a meticulous and experienced Inspector - Civil/Structural to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process of civil and structural projects. Your inspections and assessments will play a vital role in compliance with design specifications and local regulations, contributing significantly to our work on vital infrastructure within Saudi Arabia.

As part of a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA PMC is committed to the successful delivery of social infrastructure projects aligned with Vision 2030. Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of civil and structural construction works to ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, and applicable codes.
  • Monitor construction activities, such as earthworks, concrete pouring, structural framing, and finishing works.
  • Document inspection findings, compile reports, and communicate results to project management teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify, document, and report any discrepancies, defects, or non-compliances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and project teams to address quality issues and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Participate in site meetings and inspections alongside project management and engineering teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection activities, observations, and corrective actions taken.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil and structural inspection.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Proven experience in inspecting civil and structural works, with the ability to identify design compliance issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to document findings accurately.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Inspector (CCI) or equivalent are preferred.
