is hiring an experienced and highly motivated
BIM Modeler (Structural)

to join our project team.

Project :
High-Rise Residential Project (30 Floors)

Work Location:
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Availability:
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:


•
Develop detailed Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit in compliance with project standards.


•
Coordinate structural elements with MEP, architectural, and utility disciplines to ensure clash-free design.


•
Prepare LOD 300–400 models, shop drawings, and as-built models.


•
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.


•
Ensure models adhere to BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project specifications.


•
Support site team with updated drawings, sections, and detailed layouts.


•
Expert handling of utility coordination and multidisciplinary alignment.

Qualifications & Skills:


•
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.


•
Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler / BIM Specialist in Structural discipline.


•
High-level certification in Autodesk Revit and BIM.


•
Strong expertise in BIM modeling, structural detailing, and utility coordination.


•
Experience in Navisworks Manage for clash detection.


•
Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.


•
Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality models within deadlines.
