Patient Service Specialist
to join our Dental team in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide high-quality front-desk support.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments accurately.
- Coordinate daily calendars for dentists to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Confirm appointments and handle cancellations or rescheduling when needed.
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding dental services, procedures, and pricing.
- Maintain patient files and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Facilitate effective communication between patients and the dental team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in patient services or customer service (preferably in dental clinics).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
