Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Services position located in the Riyadh Region. The primary responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing patient inquiries, ensuring seamless communication between patients and medical staff, and assisting with day-to-day tasks in a medical office. The role requires professionalism, excellent organizational capabilities, and the ability to provide exceptional service to patients.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Appointment Scheduling with strong skills in Phone Etiquette.
- Excellent Communication abilities to effectively interact with patients and medical staff.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Prior experience in healthcare or a related environment is a plus.
