About the Role
Lean Business Solutions is seeking a
Sales Executive – B2B Solutions
to drive business growth in the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience in the LMS and corporate training sector
, with a proven ability to
generate leads, visit clients, and close deals
with both private and government entities.
This role is highly field-oriented and requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to sell
learning management systems, training solutions, and digital learning services
.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads and identify sales opportunities in the
training and LMS market - Conduct client visits
, presentations, and solution demos - Understand client training needs and propose
LMS and digital learning solutions - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates
Required Qualifications
- Saudi Nationality (mandatory)
- 0-1 years of experience
in B2B sales - Proven experience in LMS, corporate training, or e-learning sector
- Strong understanding of training services, learning platforms, or digital education solutions
- Experience in client visits and face-to-face sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
- Valid Saudi driving license
Preferred Skills
- Existing network within HR, L&D, or training providers
- Experience selling to enterprises or government entities
- Familiarity with subscription-based or SaaS solutions
- CRM usage experience
