Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic
General Manager
to lead all aspects of an established automotive business, including sales, after-sales service, operations, and financial performance. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on management to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall operations of the company including
    sales, marketing, service, spare parts, and finance
    .
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Oversee the performance of dealership networks, workshops, and service centers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    OEMs, suppliers, and key clients
    .
  • Ensure compliance with
    brand standards
    , operational policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive
    customer experience excellence
    and retention initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and develop departmental managers and teams.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities (e.g., EV, accessories, fleet sales).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–20 years of experience
    in the automotive sector, with at least
    5 years in a senior management role
    .
  • Proven track record in managing multi-branch operations, sales performance, and profitability.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive retail, aftersales, spare parts, and service operations.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen and hands-on management style.
