الوصف الوظيفي – بالعربية:

تبحث شركة الصندوق الريادي القابضة (شركة مساهمة مبسطة سعودية مرخصة ومقرها جدة) عن موظف علاقات مستثمرين طموح يتمتع بمهارات عالية في التواصل والإقناع، ليمثّل واجهة الشركة أمام المستثمرين الحاليين والمحتملين.

ستكون مسؤولًا عن بناء الثقة وتعزيز التواصل بين الإدارة التنفيذية والمستثمرين، وتقديم المعلومات المالية والتقارير الدقيقة التي تعكس أداء الشركة وخططها المستقبلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:


• إدارة العلاقات مع المستثمرين الحاليين والمحتملين.


• إعداد التقارير المالية والبيانات التوضيحية الدورية.


• الرد على استفسارات المستثمرين باحترافية ودقة.


• المشاركة في الاجتماعات والفعاليات الاستثمارية داخل وخارج المملكة.


• إعداد العروض التقديمية والمواد التسويقية الخاصة بجذب المستثمرين.


• التنسيق مع الإدارة العليا والمستشارين الماليين بشأن الجولات الاستثمارية.


• تعزيز صورة الشركة كوجهة استثمارية موثوقة ومستقرة.

المتطلبات:


• شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، المالية، أو العلاقات العامة.


• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في علاقات المستثمرين أو المجالات المالية.


• مهارات اتصال ممتازة بالعربية والإنجليزية.


• معرفة بأساسيات الشركات المساهمة والأنظمة الاستثمارية.


• إجادة استخدام أدوات Microsoft Office وGoogle Workspace.

About the Role:

Al-Sunduq Al-Riyadi Holding Company, a licensed Saudi Closed Joint-Stock Company based in Jeddah, is seeking a motivated and articulate Investor Relations Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will act as the communication bridge between our company and investors, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and confidence through clear reporting and strategic communication.

Responsibilities:


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors.


• Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports and performance summaries.


• Respond promptly and professionally to investor inquiries.


• Support the planning and execution of investment rounds and presentations.


• Participate in investor meetings, conferences, and networking events.


• Collaborate with executive management and financial advisors.


• Contribute to developing investor relations strategies and governance practices.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in investor relations or financial management.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.


• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment structures, and reporting.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
