About the Role:
Salasa is seeking a dedicated Operations Team Leader to oversee and manage our SLS Express operations. This role involves leading a dynamic team, coordinating with couriers, and ensuring smooth and efficient dispatch processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining Salasa's high standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SLS dispatch processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with couriers to update and track shipment status.
- Drive continuous improvement and development of SLS operations.
- Ensure all shipments are delivered without loss or damage.
- Collect COD amounts from couriers and manage cash reconciliation.
- Monitor and follow up on RVP shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve issues related to unclear shipment addresses.
Standard Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Salasa s policies and procedures.
- Perform other relevant tasks within the scope of knowledge and experience.
Proven experience in operations or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
