About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled
AV Sales Engineer
to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of audio-visual systems with excellent communication and customer-facing skills. You will play a key role in driving sales, providing system design support, and ensuring successful delivery of integrated AV solutions to our clients across corporate, government, education, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their AV requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including system design, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Prepare detailed BOQs, system drawings, and solution proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including engineering, project management, and procurement—to ensure accurate solution delivery.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, AV technologies, and competitive products.
  • Support the sales team in preparing tenders, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and technical assessments as required.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in AV design, integration, or technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of AV systems such as video conferencing, control systems, video walls, PA/BGM systems, digital signage, projection, and LED technology.
  • Hands-on experience with major AV brands (e.g., Crestron, Extron, QSC, Logitech, Cisco, Biamp, Shure, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in supporting sales processes and closing technical deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid Saudi residency/Iqama or ability to relocate to Riyadh and across KSA.
