Company Description

SIJIL, the Saudi Financial Lease Contract Registry Company, is licensed by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority to provide services and solutions for financial lease registrations. The company offers a specialized register of contracts, including data of leased assets, aiming to enhance the mechanism of financial lease and contract registration. SIJIL plays a pivotal role in the financial sector within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Description

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Drives the development of Cybersecurity strategy.

  • Develops and monitors Cybersecurity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports outcomes to the cybersecurity committee.

  • Develops Cybersecurity policies and procedures, adhering to the overall objectives of SIJIL, ensuring they promote leading practices and excellence.

  • Develops new processes, suggests systems and procedures to improve efficiency in documentation and development of standard Cybersecurity related documents and templates.

  • Develops, proposes and manages Cybersecurity budget.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Defining and proposing the SIJIL's cyber security governance structure and the cyber security strategy and monitors its subsequent implementation.

  • Ensures the adherence with SIJIL's cybersecurity policies, standards, baselines. Also, ensure the complinace with the regulatory requirements such as SAMA and NCA cybersecurity frameworks.

  • Review and maintain the cybersecurity governanace documents

  • Develops the cybersecurity awareness program and ensures the execution of the program

  • Ensures SIJIL Information systems are securely implemented and designed, and required risk assessments are conducted and identified risks are mitigated

  • Oversee the provision of cybersecurity technical training based on SIJIL's needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor preferred.

Required Experience

5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or related fields.
