The successful candidate will lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing a talented team of engineers, providing mentorship and support while fostering a collaborative work environment.

In this leadership position, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients and project managers, to define project requirements and develop innovative engineering solutions. Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management or a similar role.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Proficient with engineering design software and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project).
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
