Tournament City Operations – Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and delivering operational logistics for venues and match days.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor event readiness and report operational risks or issues.
  • Support scheduling, task tracking, and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate with local authorities to meet safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to post-event reporting and debrief sessions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
