Company Description

Gheras Alkhairat is a prominent Saudi company specializing in the cultivation of high-quality dates. We grow five different types of dates, including the renowned Medjool variety, known as the "King of Dates." Our farm in the Middle East spans 35 million square meters and encompasses over 300,000 palm trees, producing 2,000,000 kilograms of dates in 2022 with plans to increase this to 5,000,000 kilograms by 2027. We export to several countries, aligning with the Saudi Government's Vision 2030. All our farms operate on organic principles to ensure sustainability and the cultivation of the most natural and healthy products possible.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in the Riyadh Region. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Additionally, the role involves identifying staffing needs, coordinating with hiring managers, providing training and onboarding support for new employees, and maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Training and onboarding
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the agriculture or food production industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools

المتطلبات:

  • مؤهل جامعي في إدارة الموارد البشرية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التوظيف أو التطوير.
  • معرفة بأنظمة العمل السعودية وأفضل ممارسات الموارد البشرية.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة عالية على التنظيم والتخطيط.
