Engagement & Recruitment Manager (Saudi Nationals Only)

Location:
 Riyadh – KSA

A leading cultural organization is seeking an 
Engagement & Recruitment Manager
 to lead outreach strategies, drive engagement, and increase participation in the Cultural Schools Project.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute engagement & recruitment strategies.


• Build partnerships with schools and community institutions.


• Lead digital and on-ground recruitment campaigns.


• Analyze target audience behavior and design outreach plans.


• Track KPIs and improve campaign performance.


• Supervise recruitment activities, events, and field operations.


• Prepare weekly and monthly engagement reports.


• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and project teams to ensure unified messaging.

Qualifications:


• 
Saudi Nationals Only


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, or related field


• Minimum 
7 years
 experience in engagement or recruitment


• Experience managing outreach and social campaigns

Required Skills:


• Strong data analysis and reporting skills


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools


• Ability to build strong community partnerships
