We're seeking a proactive
IT Project Manager
to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects end-to-end within defined
scope, schedule, and budget
. You will align stakeholders and vendors, monitor progress and risks, manage change control, and present clear updates to clients and project teams—driving quality execution and strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

·      Own full project lifecycle: charter, WBS, schedule, budget, procurement, change control, and closure.

·      Drive project planning (scope, requirements, acceptance criteria) and maintain the baseline.

·      Coordinate internal teams (Presales, Engineering, Procurement, Finance) and external vendors.

·      Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain RAID logs with clear owners and due dates.

·      Run weekly status updates, dashboards, and formal customer-facing progress reviews.

·      Control scope via structured change requests; ensure approvals and financial impact tracking

·      Assure delivery quality: test plans, UAT, documentation, knowledge transfer, sign-offs.

·      Oversee resources & timesheets; align utilization with budget and milestones.

·      Ensure compliance with company PMO standards, and customer policies.

·      Handover to Support/Managed Services with complete runbooks and asset lists.

·      Manage invoicing triggers, acceptance certificates, and close-out documentation.

·      Contribute to continuous improvement: lessons learned, templates, and playbooks.

Requirements:

·    Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Engineering/Information Systems (or equivalent).

·    2–4+ years managing IT projects.

·    Strong command of MS Project/Planner and MS Office.

·    Excellent English communication (written & verbal);

.    Stakeholder and vendor management skills.

·    Relevant certifications (such as PMP, or equivalent) are a strong plus.

·    Strong consultative and problem-solving mindset.
