Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Architectural Engineer
with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring adherence to technical and architectural standards, and executing projects within specified time frames and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop architectural designs and detailed drawings using design software such as
    AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
    .
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, mechanical, electrical) to ensure design integration.
  • Supervise project execution on-site and ensure contractors' compliance with design and specifications.
  • Provide creative and practical solutions to design and site challenges.
  • Review and update drawings and technical documents based on project modifications and execution needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and prepare regular progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and project supervision.
  • Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.).
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is preferred.
