About the role

As a Content Creator, you'll be the creative spark behind our social presence.

You'll take complex ideas and turn them into "wait tell me more" videos that make people stop scrolling.

This is a hands-on, creative-first role where you'll experiment, learn, and create content that inspires people to invest smarter, and laugh a little along the way.

This is a performance-based role, where your growth and rewards are tied to your results، the more your content performs, the more you grow.

What you'll do
  • Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
  • Spot trends, sounds, and storytelling angles that fit our brand vibe.
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas.
  • Write short scripts, captions, and hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds.
  • Track performance and tweak content to keep engagement climbing.
  • Bring ideas that make people think, share, or DM it to a friend.
