Overview:

Our client is hiring a Servicing Lead to build and manage the servicing model for a new Corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) Card. This role ensures top-tier service delivery to large and multinational clients by working closely with operations, IT, compliance, product, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage end-to-end servicing: onboarding, queries, disputes, transaction support, and reporting.
  • Create SOPs and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Set up SLAs, KPIs, and escalation paths to maintain high service standards.
  • Coordinate with card processors, IT teams, and vendors for seamless service setup.
  • Train internal teams and lead issue resolution.
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of experience in corporate banking, card servicing, and operations, preferably focused on commercial cards within Saudi Arabia.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and managing corporate servicing models.
  • Strong knowledge of card operations, onboarding, file integration, and client support.
  • Skilled in project management and process improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with card platforms, ERP connectors, and expense tools is a plus.
