To lead and manage the debt recovery function, ensuring efficient and compliant collection activities, reducing delinquency rates, and maintaining portfolio quality in line with SAMA regulations and company policies.

Debt Recovery Operations

  • Oversee daily debt recovery activities, ensuring efficient and timely execution of collection strategies.
  • Approve settlement offers, restructuring requests, and payment arrangements within delegated authority.
  • Track recovery performance and provide regular reports to management.

Customer Communication & Case Management

  • Ensure all customer interactions adhere to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise the resolution of customer disputes and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure satisfactory outcomes.

Process & Performance Improvement

  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose workflow enhancements to increase productivity.
  • Work closely with IT and Operations to optimize recovery systems, automation tools, and data accuracy.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all recovery activities comply with SAMA regulations, internal control frameworks, and Shariah-compliant finance rules.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the recovery team to achieve operational excellence and performance targets.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and promote continuous learning.

Specifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.


• 5+ years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or credit operations within the financial or banking sector.
