About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Neurology Specialist to join a premier healthcare facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex neurological conditions, interpreting advanced diagnostics, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to ongoing clinical excellence in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage neurological disorders such as stroke, epilepsy, MS, Parkinson's, and neurodegenerative diseases
Conduct and interpret advanced diagnostic procedures (EEG, EMG, MRI, etc.)
Lead multidisciplinary care teams to deliver holistic, patient-centred treatment
Mentor and supervise junior doctors and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate, timely medical records and ensure compliance with all hospital protocols
Contribute to medical audits, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements
Required:
Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
CCT, American Board, or Canadian Board certification in Neurology (or recognised equivalent)
Minimum 3 years' post-certification experience in neurology
Strong expertise in the diagnosis and management of complex neurological conditions
Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset
Proven leadership and communication skills
Preferred:
Fellowship or additional subspecialty training in Neurology
Prior clinical leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in high-volume neurology units or academic centres
