Role Description

The Chief Surveyor is responsible for overseeing all surveying activities related to construction and architectural projects. This includes managing teams, ensuring accurate land measurements, conducting site assessments, and gathering data to guide project planning. The Chief Surveyor will ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in topographical surveying, geodetic principles, and land assessment
  • Experience with survey tools, GPS systems, and CAD software
  • Ability to analyze data, produce technical reports, and interpret architectural plans
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of local regulations and international standards related to surveying
  • Registered Surveyor certification is preferred
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
